Air Source Heat Pump Installers arranges air source heat pump surveys, design, installation, servicing and repairs for homes across the UK. Air Source Heat Pump Installers is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (Company No. 16932889), part of the S&K Group, a construction and property group based in Great Barr, Birmingham. When you go ahead, your contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd.
We concentrate on one job: replacing gas, oil, LPG and electric heating with air source heat pumps that are designed properly and run efficiently. That covers the heat loss survey, the heat pump itself, the hot water cylinder, radiator and pipework changes, controls, commissioning and the aftercare that follows.
How we work
- Published guide prices. You can see what a heat pump is likely to cost before you speak to anyone, and the guide price tool shows how your home and choices change the figure.
- A room-by-room survey. The system is sized from a heat loss calculation for your home, not a rule of thumb, so it is neither too big nor too small.
- A fixed written quote. It sets out the design, everything included, the price and the grant position where you live. Nothing is ordered until you accept it.
- Installers working under our contract. Installation is carried out by installers we appoint and manage; we remain responsible to you for the job. Where you are claiming the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant (England and Wales) or Home Energy Scotland funding, the installation is carried out and registered by an MCS-certified installer named in your quote.
- Honest expectations. We explain running costs using the published price cap and realistic efficiency figures, and we tell you when a heat pump is not the right answer yet — for example when draughts or missing insulation should be fixed first.
What you will not find here
We do not publish reviews we cannot verify, star ratings, invented customer stories, savings promises or accreditation logos we do not hold. Photographs on this site are computer-generated to show typical equipment and homes; they are not pictures of our installations. As verified reviews and photos of completed jobs come in, we will add them.
