Who we are
This website is run by Air Source Heat Pump Installers. For website use and the enquiries you send through it, the data controller is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (Company No. 16703925), Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. If you go on to order, your contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (Company No. 16932889), which is also a data controller for your order and contract records. Both companies are part of the S&K Group.

Who we share it with
Enquiry details are passed between S&K Group Holdings Ltd and S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, which handles quotes and contracts, so that we can reply and arrange your survey. We share your details with the installer we appoint to survey and install your system, who works under our contract and may only use them for your job. Where you claim funding, details are shared with Ofgem (Boiler Upgrade Scheme, England and Wales) or provided for your Home Energy Scotland application. Installations are registered with MCS and, where required, notified to your electricity network operator. We also use service providers who process data for us: Web3Forms (form delivery), Tawk.to (live chat), Google (analytics, only with your consent) and Netlify (website hosting). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order: 24 months from your last contact.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
- Live chat transcripts and WhatsApp messages: 24 months from your last message, or with your order records if you go ahead.
- Order, contract, certificate and grant records: 7 years after the job is completed, or longer where a scheme requires it.
International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to protect it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it to be transferred, and withdraw consent at any time (for example through cookie settings). Email info@airsourceheatpumpinstallers.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
